Plankstetten Organic Dunkel Beer 33cl is a top-fermented craft beer brewed at the Riedenburger brewery, following the tradition of the Benedictine abbey of Plankstetten in Bavaria, Germany. This beer is characterised by its dark reddish-brown colour, its natural cloudiness and its smooth, malty flavour, without excessive bitterness.

Recipe

Beetroot tartare with goat's cheese

Ingredients:

  • 2 steamed beetroots.
  • 100 g fresh goat's cheese.
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil.
  • Juice of half a lemon.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Rocket leaves for garnish.

Preparation:

  1. Peel and chop the beetroots into small cubes.
  2. Crumble the goat's cheese.
  3. In a bowl, mix the beetroots with the cheese.
  4. Dress with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  5. Serve on individual plates and garnish with rocket leaves.
