What is black rice?

Black rice is a variety of rice found in different parts of Asia. Its colour is due to its very high content of anthocyanins, a powerful natural colouring agent. In terms of taste and composition, it would be very similar to brown basmati. It contains almost the same amount of fibre and has that characteristic nutty taste that brown rice imparts.

Recommended usage

Store between 4°C and 16°C and maximum relative humidity of 70%.
