What is Matcha Tea?

Matcha Tea is a type of tea of Chinese origin, also related to Japanese culture.

Unlike other teas that come in strands (loose leaves), matcha has the particularity that its leaves are ground into a very fine powder. To consume it, it is necessary to whisk it with water. This makes the health benefits of matcha tea more effective than those of teas in the leaves, as the healthy compounds that go into the cup are more concentrated.

How to use/recommended use

Pour 1.5g of Matcha into a cup and fill it halfway with boiling water. Stir until the powder is completely dissolved, then finish filling the cup. Stir again until you get foam on the surface.
