Ingredients: 3 tablespoons of buckwheat flakes 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder 1 teaspoon of honey 1 ripe banana
1 tablespoon of coconut oil Instructions: Preheat the oven to 180°C. Mash the banana until smooth and mix it with the cocoa, honey, coconut oil and buckwheat flakes.
Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking tray. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until the biscuits are firm. Leave to cool and enjoy a delicious, healthy snack.
