Instructions for use
- Preheat the oven to 220°C.
- Place the pizza base on a baking tray.
- Add the ingredients to taste.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until the dough is golden brown.

Ingredients:
- 1 Sol Natural wholemeal spelt pizza base
- 2 tablespoons of natural tomato sauce
- 100 g grated mozzarella (optional for vegans)
- 1/2 courgette, thinly sliced
- 1/2 aubergine, thinly sliced
- 1/2 red pepper, cut into strips
- Dried oregano to taste
- Extra virgin olive oil
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 220°C.
- Spread the tomato sauce over the pizza base.
- Distribute the mozzarella (if using) and vegetables over the sauce.
- Sprinkle with oregano and drizzle with a little olive oil.
