Instructions for use

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  2. Place the pizza base on a baking tray.
  3. Add the ingredients to taste.
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes until the dough is golden brown.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Sol Natural wholemeal spelt pizza base
  • 2 tablespoons of natural tomato sauce
  • 100 g grated mozzarella (optional for vegans)
  • 1/2 courgette, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 aubergine, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 red pepper, cut into strips
  • Dried oregano to taste
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  2. Spread the tomato sauce over the pizza base.
  3. Distribute the mozzarella (if using) and vegetables over the sauce.
  4. Sprinkle with oregano and drizzle with a little olive oil.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes until the dough is crispy and the vegetables are cooked.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy.
