Instructions for use
- Preheat the oven to 220°C.
- Spread the pizza base on a baking tray.
- Add the desired ingredients (tomato, cheese, vegetables, etc.).
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within a few days.

Spelt Pizza with Roasted Vegetables
Ingredients:
- 1 Biocop spelt pizza base
- 1/2 aubergine
- 1/2 courgette
- 1/2 red pepper
- 1/2 red onion
- 2 tablespoons of fried tomato sauce
- 100 g of grated mozzarella cheese
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt, pepper and oregano
Preparation:
- Wash and slice the vegetables thinly.
- Roast the vegetables in the oven with a little oil, salt and pepper until tender.
- Spread the fried tomato sauce over the pizza base.
- Place the roasted vegetables on top of the tomato sauce and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Add a little oregano and bake at 220°C for 10-12 minutes.
