Instructions for use

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  2. Spread the pizza base on a baking tray.
  3. Add the desired ingredients (tomato, cheese, vegetables, etc.).
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within a few days.

Recipes

Spelt Pizza with Roasted Vegetables

Ingredients:

  • 1 Biocop spelt pizza base
  • 1/2 aubergine
  • 1/2 courgette
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 2 tablespoons of fried tomato sauce
  • 100 g of grated mozzarella cheese
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt, pepper and oregano

Preparation:

  1. Wash and slice the vegetables thinly.
  2. Roast the vegetables in the oven with a little oil, salt and pepper until tender.
  3. Spread the fried tomato sauce over the pizza base.
  4. Place the roasted vegetables on top of the tomato sauce and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  5. Add a little oregano and bake at 220°C for 10-12 minutes.
