How to use

Recipe: Basmati rice with sautéed vegetables
Ingredients (2 people):
- 150 g Biocop organic basmati rice
- 1 carrot
- 1 red pepper
- 1 small onion
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh chopped parsley
Preparation:
- Cook the rice according to the instructions and set aside.
- Cut the carrot, pepper and onion into strips or small cubes.
- Sauté the vegetables in oil until tender but still crisp.
- Mix the vegetables with the cooked rice.
- Season with salt and pepper and add chopped parsley before serving.
