How to use

Use 1-2 drops diluted in food, infusions, vegetable oils or honey. Do not ingest directly without diluting. Also suitable for external use in aromatherapy (diffusers, vapours).

Warnings

Recipe

Respiratory infusion with Marnys eucalyptus essential oil

• 1 cup of hot water
• 1 tablespoon of dried mint leaves or 1 tea bag
• 1 teaspoon of honey (optional)
• 1 drop of Marnys eucalyptus essential oil (well diluted)

Prepare the infusion with the mint, add the honey and the drop of eucalyptus just before drinking. Drink slowly to take advantage of its soothing effects.
