Directions for use

Cook 1 measure of rice to 3 measures of water for 45 minutes. It is recommended to soak overnight.

Red rice with sautéed vegetables

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of cooked red rice
  • 1 carrot, cut into strips
  • 1 courgette, sliced
  • 1 red pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Soy sauce to taste
  • Minced garlic (optional)
  • Sesame seeds (optional)

Preparation:

Sauté the vegetables in a frying pan with olive oil and chopped garlic for about 5 minutes until tender. Add the cooked red rice and a little soy sauce. Cook everything together for 2-3 minutes. Serve with sesame seeds on top.
